En ucuz enerji ise geri kazan\u0131lan enerji oldu\u011fundan dolay\u0131 su so\u011futmal\u0131 cihazlar ile \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m sistemleri devreye girmektedir.<br \/>\nYaz aylar\u0131nda \u00e7ok s\u0131cak olan ve k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u0131l\u0131man ge\u00e7en b\u00f6lgelerde b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fletmelerin \u00e7o\u011funda \u00f6zellikle otellerde y\u00fcksek verimli olmas\u0131 nedeniyle su so\u011futmal\u0131 cihazlar kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Ve yine otellerde s\u0131cak kullan\u0131m suyu \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in ciddi anlamda enerji sarf edilmektedir. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere bu gibi tesislerde binadan al\u0131nan enerji so\u011futma kuleleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla atmosfere ya da e\u015fanj\u00f6r arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla deniz, g\u00f6l gibi daha so\u011fuk olan kaynaklara aktar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nSu so\u011futmal\u0131 cihazlar gruplar\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m\u0131 grubun \u00f6zellikleri ile yak\u0131ndan ilgilidir. Bir\u00e7ok firma s\u0131rf bu ama\u00e7la \u00e7ift kondenserli gruplar veya tek kondenserli gruplar\u0131 y\u00fcksek gaz bas\u0131nc\u0131na dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fekilde imal etmektedir. Bu \u00fcretim a\u015famas\u0131nda ise saatlik s\u0131cak kullan\u0131m suyu ihtiyac\u0131 belirlenmeli, s\u0131cak su tank\u0131, boru \u00e7ap\u0131 ve pompa se\u00e7imi do\u011fru yap\u0131larak sistem bina otomasyonuna ba\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zel olarak dizayn edilmeyen, normal atmosfer \u015fartlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bir gruptan (\u00f6rne\u011fin, 34,39 derece) \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindeki s\u0131cakl\u0131kta su \u00fcretimi yap\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Mutlaka \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda cihaz \u00fcreticisine bildirilerek do\u011fru cihaz se\u00e7imi yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130ki Kondersenli Su So\u011futmal\u0131 Cihazlar \u0130le S\u0131cak Kullan\u0131m Suyu \u00dcretimi<\/h2>\n<p>\u0130ki kondenserli cihazlarda, \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m kondenserlerinden biri normal kule hatt\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r, di\u011feri ise bir plakal\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6r ve pompa ile s\u0131cak su depolama tank\u0131na \u0131s\u0131 aktarmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nS\u0131cak su tank\u0131nda su s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 40 derecenin alt\u0131na indi\u011fi taktirde kule hatt\u0131 \u00fczerindeki vana, kule hatt\u0131n\u0131 yava\u015f\u00e7a kapat\u0131r ve pompa gruptaki enerjiyi e\u015fanj\u00f6re aktarmaya ba\u015flar. Tanktaki s\u0131cakl\u0131k 45 dereceyi ge\u00e7tikten sonra ise i\u015flem tersine d\u00f6nerek vana tekrar a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r ve kuleye su g\u00f6ndermeye ba\u015flar. Grup tekrar kule \u015fartlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcr.<br \/>\nIs\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m sisteminde, normal so\u011futmaya g\u00f6re ikinci bir kondenser ve s\u0131cak su depolama pompas\u0131 eklenir. Bu pompalar\u0131n takribi g\u00fcc\u00fc ise, s\u0131cak su depolama pompas\u0131 11 kw, \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m pompas\u0131 15 kw.<\/p>\n<h2>Tek Kondenserli Su So\u011futmal\u0131 Cihazlar \u0130le Is\u0131 Geri Kazan\u0131m\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Bu cihazlarda 50 derecenin \u00fcst\u00fcnde s\u0131cak kullan\u0131m suyu \u00fcretmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ancak grubun y\u00fcksek gaz bas\u0131nc\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. S\u0131cak su tank\u0131ndaki s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmesiyle birlikte kule emi\u015f ve bas\u0131n\u00e7 hatt\u0131ndaki vana kapan\u0131r ve \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m hatt\u0131ndaki vana a\u00e7\u0131larak \u0131s\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6re akmaya ba\u015flar.<br \/>\nBu sistemde e\u011fer ki gruptaki gaz \u00f6zel kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa 60 derecenin \u00fczerinde s\u0131cak kullan\u0131m suyu haz\u0131rlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olacakt\u0131r. Bu a\u015famada otomasyon do\u011fru kurgulanmal\u0131 ve kule ile e\u015fanj\u00f6r devrelerindeki bas\u0131n\u00e7 fark\u0131 birbirine yak\u0131n olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tek kondenserli su so\u011futmal\u0131 cihazlar , \u00e7ift kondenserli gruplara g\u00f6re daha ucuz olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n bu sistem yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Su so\u011futmal\u0131 cihazlar elde edilen at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 kullanarak enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flar.
