Data Controller Application Form

Submission of an application using this form is not mandatory. This form has been prepared as an auxiliary document to assist the data subject during the application process. Any application submitted in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller will be taken into consideration.

General Information

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), every person has the right to apply to Üçay Mühendislik Enerji ve İklimlendirme Teknolojileri AŞ (“Company”), in its capacity as data controller, regarding the matters listed below:

  1. To learn whether personal data are being processed,
  2. To request information if personal data have been processed,
  3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
  4. To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
  5. To request correction of personal data if they have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  6. Pursuant to Article 7 of the KVKK, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data, ex officio or upon the request of the data subject and within the prescribed conditions, where the reasons requiring processing cease to exist despite the personal data having been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other applicable laws,
  7. To request that the operations carried out pursuant to paragraphs (e) and (f) be notified to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
  8. To object to the occurrence of a result against the person arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  9. To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

Processing of Personal Data in Relation to the Application

Through the Data Controller Application Form, personal data including name, surname, Turkish ID number, passport number, telephone number, email address, address and signature are processed solely and proportionately for the purposes of identifying the applicant and managing the application.

Where necessary, such personal data may be shared only with the relevant departments/persons and institutions/organisations authorised by law, depending on the nature of the application.
